Cancellation and Refund

Because we honor the time and skill of our master artisans, our production schedule begins almost instantly after an order is verified.

  • The Cancellation Window: Standard orders may be cancelled within a strict 2-hour window from the time of placement by emailing our team. Once the garment pattern is cut or allocated, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • Custom Couture: Orders featuring bespoke measurements, custom-dyed silk threads, or specialized sizing enter immediate individual production and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • High-Volume Sale Periods: During seasonal peak volumes, we are unable to accept cancellation requests due to minor logistical or shipping courier delays. However, Gauri Aurrika reserves the right to cancel any order if the materials do not meet our elite luxury standards, in which case a digital store credit will be issued immediately.

Store Credits & Refunds

Gauri Aurrika operates on a no-cash-refund philosophy. All approved returns, cancellations, or inventory stock-outs are resolved via Store Credit / Online Coupon Codes.

  • Atelier Out-of-Stock: If a garment fails our final pre-shipment quality check and a replacement fabric is unavailable, we will immediately issue an digital store credit for the full value.
  • Credit Rules: Your digital coupon code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed across any prêt or luxury collection on our website. Store credits cannot be extended or reissued past their expiration date.

Authorized Shipments

For authorized returns, exchanges, or cancellation-related shipments, our Client Experience Division is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Our concierge will share the full atelier shipping address once your request is approved.
